Information we receive

The enquiry form may collect your name, work contact details, organisation, service interests, preferred timeline and the project information you choose to provide. Please do not submit special-category, confidential tender or client data through the form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a proposal when appropriate, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business correspondence. The legal basis will normally be steps requested before entering a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Service providers

Enquiries are validated and delivered through our configured email provider using Nodemailer. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Analytics events do not intentionally include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or enquiry references.

Storage and retention

The website does not create a user account or store enquiries in a website database. In version one, the business mailbox is the lead record. Email and supplier logs may retain limited information under their own operational and security policies. Prime Tenders should maintain and apply an internal retention schedule.

International processing

Some technology suppliers may process data outside the UK. Appropriate contractual and legal safeguards should be confirmed as part of the production privacy review.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
